Building our brand and achieving growth requires a strong focus on quality and customer service. Quality is a habit and everyone's responsibility—from production to sales. No more chalta hai attitude; regular feedback is essential.
Past quality issues have cost us big accounts. Remember, every order counts—one satisfied customer can lead to many, while one unhappy customer can take away 10 good customers
The customer is always right—because customer is GOD. Stand by them in tough times to earn their lifelong trust.
